The apartments enjoy an excellent location. Attractions such as Palau de la Música, Mercado de la Boquería, Gaudi's Casa Batlló, Ciutadella Park and Barcelona Cathedral are all within walking distance. La Sagrada Familia and Park Guell are easily accessible by metro. Located in downtown Barcelona, guests will be surrounded by a great variety of the best restaurants, shops, bars, and nightclubs that the city has to offer. The area is well served by public transport: Plaza Catalunya, Liceo, and Jaume I metro stations are all within walking distance of the apartments. El Prat De Llobregat Airport is some 13 km from the establishment.

From Barcelona's airport, guests can either take the Aerobus shuttle to Plaza Catalunya, or RENFE train to Sants Estació or Passeig de Gracia. All of these stations are serviced by the metro. To reach the apartments, take metro Line 4 to Jaume I or Line 3 to Liceu. The apartments lie within walking distance.

All apartments are very new and completely furnished. In addition to fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, accommodation units come with a complete bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a living room with a wide sofa bed. All apartments have a minimum of 2 balconies facing the street and come with a TV set and electrical heating.

Guests must contact apartment administration prior to arriving at the apartments with a confirmed time of arrival. Please call (34)934673052, at least 24 h before scheduled arrival time. Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Boutique Bracelona B&B, at Pau Claris street 145 ent 1, to collect the keys to their apartment, directions, and a map of Barcelona. It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of Passeig de Gracia metro. At check-in, there will be a security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization which will be automatically cancelled after verifying the apartment's condition.Cleaning service is not included in the price.
